Gymnastics Trains on Lake Tuscoba Ropes Course

Friday was an "out of the gym" practice for the Crimson Tide as they set up shop on the shores of Lake Tuscoba for an afternoon of team building on the ropes course set up there. The gymnasts broke into two groups and made their way through a series of exercises that encouraged working together, problem solving and communication.
