Head Coach Jay Seawell's Comments
"An incredible opportunity for our guys to play at the Cypress Point Classic. Cypress Point is one of the greatest and most iconic golf clubs in all the world. For us to get a chance to play against some outstanding programs – only eight schools have a chance to play in this event and for us to be invited is an incredible honor. Our team is very thankful for this opportunity. We have a very young team and we learned a lot this week. This was unique tournament format with the match play. I think we will learn a lot from having played this event and we will get better because of it. We are looking forward to the offseason with lofty goals to shoot for in the spring. We can still reach those goals but we have a lot of work. We are all willing to get in the dirt to do everything we need to do to accomplish those goals. We look forward to working hard this offseason and getting back to some golf next January."
