Loudmilla Bencheikh and Margaux Maquet both collected singles wins on the first day of the tournament
AUBURN, Ala. – Alabama women's tennis concluded opening day at the Auburn Invite with a pair of singles matches win on Friday.
The Crimson Tide's Loudmilla Bencheikh defeated 57th nationally ranked Maria Sholokhova of Wisconsin (6-7(4), 6-1, 6-4), while Margaux Maquet won her match against Ole Miss's Emma Kette (6-3, 6-0).
