Dominic Clemons’ bogey-free 69 paces the Crimson Tide during Saturday’s second round

ALPHARETTA, Ga. – Dominic Clemons carded a bogey-free round of 3-under 69 to lead the No. 11 Alabama men's golf team during Saturday's second round action at the Golf Club of Georgia Collegiate.

The Crimson Tide is in 11^th place with a 36-hole team score of 7-over par 583 (294-289), with Clemons in eighth overall at 3-under 141 (72-69). Alabama will tee off the final round on the par 72, 7,092-yard Golf Club of Georgia Sunday morning.

INDIVIDUAL HIGHLIGHTS

Dominic Clemons finished his day with three birdies and 15 pars en route to a fourth round in the 60s and sixth round of par or better this season
As a result, Clemons vaulted 13 spots up the leaderboard into eighth place
Nick Gross recorded an eagle for the second consecutive day on his way to a 1-under par 71 in round two
Gross is in a tie for 26^th overall with a 36-hole score of 144 (73-71), which is a season-best mark through the opening two rounds
Jonathan Griz is in a 46^th-place tie entering Sunday's final round with a 148 (73-75)
Jones Free is in 68^th with a 152 (78-74) with Jack Mitchell one stroke back and in 70^th with a 153 (76-77)

TEAM HIGHLIGHTS

No. 39 UCLA (-16) owns a one stroke advantage over No. 7 Virginia (-15) entering the final round of action
No. 44 Duke (-11) is in third, followed by No. 46 Charlotte (-8) and USC (-3) to round out the top five teams, respectively
This marks Alabama's seventh appearance in the event, and the Tide's first since 2022
