Ed Murphey Classic - July 11-12 | Memphis, Tenn.
- Current UA sprinter Donald Chiyangwa claimed the Open 400m after clocking a season-best time of 45.19
- No. 6 all-time UA | second-fastest time of his career | third on the Zimbabwean all-time list
- Recent program graduate Mye'Joi Williams used a PR-setting, 18.18-meter launch (59-7.75) on her last attempt in the women's shot put to take fourth overall
- No. 2 all-time UA
Kenya Trials - July 22 | Nairobi, Kenya
- Fresh off defending her NCAA steeplechase title, program star Doris Lemngole logged a coveted, top-two finish in the women's 3,000-meter steeplechase (9:24.69) to secure her place on the Kenyan national team for the World Athletics Championships, Sept. 13-21, in Tokyo
2025 Toyota USATF Outdoor Championships | July 31-Aug. 3 | Eugene, Ore.
- Crimson Tide alum Daniel Haugh finished third in the men's hammer throw (77.28m | 253-6) to secure his place at the World Athletics Championships as a member of Team USA
- UA alum Quanesha Burks used a dramatic, season-best performance in the women's long jump (6.90m | 22-7.75) to join Haugh in Tokyo next month
- Program alum Khaleb McRae's 44.45 time in the men's 400-meter final (third place) secured his place in Tokyo for the World Athletics Championships, making his first major USA Team a year after graduating from The Capstone
- Mye'Joi Williams concluded her UA career at Hayward Field, competing in women's shot put, two months after earning NCAA First Team All-America honors at the same venue
- Alabama alum Chris Robinson punched his ticket to Tokyo after finishing third in the men's 400-meter hurdles event final (48.56)
- Paris Olympics silver medalist and program great Shelby McEwen secured his place on Team USA in Tokyo after finishing second in the men's high jump (2.22m | 7-3.25)

- Current UA sprinter Precious Nzeakor won the women's 200m via a 23.53 time
NGC/NAAATT Open Championships | Aug. 2-3 | Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago
- Current UA student-athlete Christopher Crawford swept both the shot put (18.78m | 61-7.50) and the discus throw (56.01m | 183-9) events
- Program legend Jereem Richards won the men's 200m after clocking 20.21
Gyulai Istvan Memorial | Aug. 12 | Budapest, Hungary
- An Alabama trio competed in the men's 400m
- Jereem Richards took second via a season-best 44.14 time
- Khaleb McRae finished just behind Richards for third, running 44.16
- Current student-athlete and reigning NCAA 400-meter national champion Samuel Ogazi clocked 44.85 for seventh place
NACAC Athletics Championship | Aug. 15-17 | Freeport, Grand Bahama
- Christopher Crawford recorded a pair of top-five finishes at the meet, finishing fifth in the men's discus throw (56.45m | 185-2) before tallying a fourth-place finish in the men's shot put (19.11m | 62-8.50)
- Current UA student-athlete Treneese Hamilton finished seventh and extended her PR in the women's shot put, recording a 17.29-meter mark (56-8.75) to move to No. 5 on UA's all-time top-10 list
Diamond League | Aug. 20 | Lausanne, Switzerland
- In her Diamond League debut, NCAA champion Doris Lemngole won the women's 3,000-meter steeplechase (9:16.36), beating the field by over four seconds through constant rain
Junior Pan American Games | Aug. 18-22 | Asunción, Paraguay
- A trio of Alabama current student-athletes captured gold, silver and bronze across three different events
- Treneese Hamilton won her country of Dominica's first medal (gold) after launching a 17.21-meter mark (56-5.75) in the women's shot put
- New signee and enrollee Isaiah Patrick finished third in the men's 110-meter hurdles event final, clocking 13.73
- All-American Christopher Young claimed silver in the men's discus after recording a 59.34-meter mark (194-8) on his fifth attempt
