The Crimson Tide moves up four spots on the final of the tournament
ATHENS, Ga. – The Alabama women's golf team finished sixth overall at the Liz Murphey Intercollegiate with a team total of 25-over par 889 (303-300-286). The Crimson Tide's Natachanok Tunwannarux finished inside the top-5 on the player leaderboard, placing 4th overall at 3-under par 213 (73-70-70), her second top-10 finish of the season.Â
THE HIGHLIGHTS
- During the final round of the tournament, Alabama moved up four spots on the team leaderboard, posting its lowest round of the tournament at 2-under par 286
- Alabama's 2-under par 286 was the second-lowest score of any team on the final day of competition, only behind Indiana (281)
- Natachanok Tunwannarux's 3-under par 213 matches her second-lowest 54-hole score of the season while also recording her seventh round of the season scoring par or lower
