Natachanok Tunwannarux finished inside the top-50 on the player leaderboard
BELLEAIR, Fla. – The Alabama women's golf team finished in 16th place overall at the SEC Championships, with a team total of 31-over par 888 (296-295-297) at the Pelican Golf Club.
Natachanok Tunwannarux led the Crimson Tide, placing 44th overall on the player leaderboard at 7-over par 217 (73-69-75).
THE HIGHLIGHTS
- Natachanok Tunwannarux finished as the top UA golfer for seventh time this season on the player leaderboard
- Alabama's senior duo of Ryan Fynn and Mattison Frick finished the tournament tied for 65th overall at 12-over par 222
- After being subbed out of the final round of the tournament, Harriet Lockley placed 79th at 14-over par 154 (75-79)
- Amanda Gyllner completed her first SEC Championship of her collegiate career, as the freshman placed 80th at 15-over par 155 (81-74) having completed in the first and final round
- Grace Crawford rounded out UA's lineup, competing in the final two rounds, ending the tournament at 22-over par 162 (78-84) in 81st place
TEAM RESULTS
- No. 3 Florida finished in first place at 9-under par 831
- Florida's Paula Francisco took home the individual crown at 8-under par 202
