Mobile Ticketing FAQ
- Why are we moving to digital ticketing?
- Digital ticketing will provide a safe fan experience with quick and convenient entry on gameday. Digital ticketing will also reduce the risk of lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets while providing the ability to easily manage, transfer, or sell your tickets at any time.
- Will digital ticketing be used for all ticketed sports?
- Yes, digital ticketing will be used for all sports.
- Once tickets are available, how do I access them?
- You will be able to manage your tickets through the Alabama Crimson Tide mobile app or online at RollTide.com/MyAccount. First, search "Alabama Crimson Tide" in your app store to locate and download the app. Upon downloading the app fans will see an initial login screen to set preferences to receive push notifications for sports of your choice. This initial login screen is not tied to your TIDE PRIDE/Ticket Office account. Once notification preference have been saved, fans can log in to manage their tickets by clicking Tickets in the bottom right-hand corner and logging in using their email address and password tied to their TIDE PRIDE/Ticket Office account.
- How do I ensure that I can access my tickets on gameday via my smartphone?
- We HIGHLY recommend that you add all your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay Wallet prior to gameday. This will prevent you from having to deal with connectivity issues at the gate as the tickets will be stored in your digital wallet.
- Why do my football mobile tickets have different background colors?
- To better serve fans on gameday, we have implemented different background colors to easily direct fans who are in need of assistance. Lower level tickets are crimson, premium tickets are black, and upper level tickets are gray.
- Will my parking pass issued through the Alabama Athletics TIDE PRIDE/Ticket Office also be digital delivery?
- Yes, your parking pass will also be digital. You will be able to access your parking pass through the Alabama Crimson Tide mobile app or online at RollTide.com/MyAccount. You will have the same flexibility with your parking pass as you would with your game tickets.
- How will it work when I enter the parking lot?
- You will open your digital wallet, pull up your parking pass, and the parking attendant will scan the pass off your smartphone.
- Can I have multiple tickets on my smartphone for entry?
- Yes, if your group is entering the venue together, you can have all your tickets on your smartphone. You will simply swipe to pull up the tickets individually and scan.
- Can I easily transfer my tickets?

Yes, you can quickly transfer digital tickets to other fans. To transfer, simply:
- Sign in to your TIDE PRIDE/Ticket Office account within the Alabama Crimson Tide mobile app or online at RollTide.com/MyAccount
- Select the event and specific seat locations you would like to transfer
- Enter either the mobile phone number or email address of the recipient
- You will be sent a confirmation once the transfer is completed
- Can I still transfer my tickets once I've added them to my digital wallet?
- Yes, you can still transfer your tickets via the Crimson Tide mobile app or online at RollTide.com/MyAccount page. The ticket in your wallet will be voided once transferred. You will notice the "Hold Near Reader" message will no longer appear on the ticket.
- How do I accept a transfer?

- You will receive a text message or email with a link to accept the transfer.
- Login to your existing Tide Pride Ticket Office account, or create a new account.
- You will then be able to accept the transfer and add the tickets to your digital wallet.
- What if I have a large number of tickets and I want to issue them to my guest(s) ahead of gameday?
- A benefit of digital ticketing is the ability to manage your tickets online and transfer them to your guests electronically. You have the flexibility to transfer specific seat locations to one game or across multiple games. The recipient will receive a text or email with a link to accept and download their tickets.
- What if my smartphone dies on gameday?
- Please visit our box offices at the venue and present a valid form of photo ID that matches the name associated with the account. We recommend fully charging your smartphone before you arrive.
- Can I print out the QR code and use for admission?
- No. Digital tickets must be scanned off a smartphone for entry.
- Is "Print-at-Home" an option for my tickets?
- No. Due to the heightened fraud and counterfeit issues associated with "Print-at-Home", we will no longer be offering this delivery method.
- How will this affect student ticket delivery?
- Student tickets will still be delivered and accessed on their Action Card. Download your ticket to your Action Card electronically so you can "tap and go" for entry on gameday.
- What about student guest tickets for football games?
- Student guest tickets will be delivered via mobile delivery. Students will receive an email with a link to download their guest ticket on their phone and add to their Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Pay Wallet (Android) for use on gameday.
