Job Summary
Our Guest Services team is integral in our mission to enhance the fan experience. With multiple gameday positions, both inside and outside of Saban Field at Bryant-Denny Stadium, our Guest Services staff handle a wide range of customer service roles including giving directions to stadium landmarks, helping identify prohibited items, explaining policies and procedures, and much more.
We are seeking candidates who are courteous, dependable, trainable, and have a helping mindset! We have fun on post and always strive to build upon our great team culture in our support of Alabama Athletics.
Responsibilities
- Meet, greet, and assist guests with a variety of frequently asked questions for gameday (explain prohibited items, gate locations, stadium landmarks, etc.)
- Provide excellent customer service and support to all event guests
- Assist event management personnel with emergency instructions and facility evacuations if the situation arises
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be available on gameday Saturdays, short shifts run 4-6 hours and full game opportunities are for 8+ hours
- Must have a strong customer service focus and ability to interact with others in a warm, friendly, and respectful manner
- Team player and a quick thinker with the ability to identify and resolve issues
- Ability to stand for extended periods, sometimes throughout an entire event (notify us of reasonable accommodations) and you are comfortable working outside in all-weather conditions
