Competed in the shot put at the SEC Outdoor Track & Field Championships on May 13 but did not record a clean attempt... finished ninth in the shot put at the SEC Relays on April 29 with a mark of 53-1 1/2 (16.19m) ... competed in the shot put at the Jim Bush Intercollegiate on April 15 but did not record a clean attempt ... finished sixth in the shot put at the Crimson Tide Invitational on April 8 with a mark of 56-3 1/4 (17.15m) ... finished fifth in the college shot put at the Florida Relays on April 1 with a mark of 56-4 1/2 (17.18m) ... finished fifth in the shot put at the Florida Relays on March 24 with a mark of 54-10 (16.71m) ... opened the 2017 outdoor season with a mark of 51-7 3/4 (15.74m) to finish third in the shot put at the Bulldog Relays on March 18.

2017 Indoor Season
Finished 12th in the shot put at the 2017 SEC Indoor Track & Field Championships with a personal-best mark of 57-4 3/4 (17.49m) ... finished 11th in the shot put at the Tiger Paw Invitational on Feb. 11 with mark of 53-4 1/2 (16.27m) ... finished third in the shot put at the Bob Pollock Invitational on Jan. 28 with a mark of 54-0 1/2 (16.47m) as the Tide swept the top four spots for the second meet in a row ... finished fourth in the shot put with a mark of 54-9 1/4 (16.69m) at the Auburn Invitational as the Tide swept the top four spots in the event ... finished sixth in the shot put at the season-opening Commodore Invitational with a mark of 52-11 (16.13m) as Alabama claimed four of the top six spots in the event.

2016 Outdoor Season
Finished 24th at the NCAA East Regional meet in the shot put with a toss of 57-4 3/4 (17.49m) … registered a throw of 54-11 1/2 (16.75m) in the shot put to finish third at the War Eagle Invitational … threw 56-3 1/4 (17.15m) in the shot put to finish ninth at the Battle on the Bayou … recorded an effort of 52-2 3/4 (15.92m) in the shot put at the Florida Relays … threw 56-8 3/4 (17.29m) in the shot put to finish fourth in the event at the FSU Relays … finished seventh in the Alabama Relays shot put with a toss of 52-10 1/4 (16.11m).

2016 Indoor Season
Recorded a toss of 55-8 1/2 (16.98m) in the shot put to finish fifth at the LSU High Performance Meet.

2015 Outdoor Season
Posted a mark of 50-4 1/2 (15.35m) in the shot put to finish fifth at the LSU Invitational … placed sixth in the shot put with a best mark of 53-3 1/2 (16.24m) at the John Jacobs Invitational ... threw 50-9 3/4 (15.46m) to finish fifth at the Border Clash ... finished 11th in the Crimson Tide Invitational shot put with a mark of 51-6 1/2 (15.71m) ... threw 52-9 1/4 (16.08m) in the Alabama Relays’ shot put to finish eighth.

2015 Indoor Season
Finished 12th in the SEC Championship shot put with a throw of 54-3 1/4 (16.54m) ... threw 48-4 3/4 (14.75m) at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational ... won the shot put with a personal best 54-8 1/4 at the Indiana Relays...threw 53-11 1/4 (16.44m) in the shot put at the Vanderbilt Invitational to finish eighth.

Set a personal record of 52-2 3/4 to finish sixth in the shot put at the Jace Lacoste Invitational ... placed seventh in the shot put with a mark of 51-6 1/4 at the Alabama-Mississippi Border Clash ... finished seventh in the shot put at the Crimson Tide Invitational with a mark of 51-3 ... threw a mark of 49-1 1/2 to place third in the shot put at the Yellow Jacket Invitational.

2014 Indoor Season
Threw 48-1 3/4 and placed 17th in the shot put at the SEC Indoor Championships … recorded a personal best mark of 51-1 in the shot put at the Tyson Invitational ... threw a mark of 48-7 1/2 in the shot put at the Indiana Relays ... placed 16th in the shot put at the Rod McCravy Memorial with a mark of 47-11 ... threw 50-0 1/2 in shot put at the Auburn Invitational, finishing 11th.

Won shot put state championships at the 2012 Alabama High School Athletics Association (AHSAA) Class 1A-3A meet (50-2), while throwing for American Christian Academy ... placed third in the discus (135-4) at the 2012 state outdoor championships ... runner-up in the javelin (166-7) at the 2012 state outdoor championships and in the shot put at the 2012 state indoor (47-9) ¾ ... as a junior at the state outdoor championships, earned javelin runner-up finish (158-9) while placing third in the shot put (45-6 ¾) and eighth in the discus (118-4) ... also played football at American Christian Academy ... younger brother, Noah, is also a member of the Tide track & field team ... son of Chuck and Jodie Karr.
