Day One of Full-Team Practice for Baseball Officially Opens the Fall Season

The Crimson Tide practiced for roughly two hours on Friday afternoon at The Joe
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Alabama baseball began its fall slate with the Crimson Tide's first full-team practice on Friday afternoon at Sewell-Thomas Stadium. The two-hour session officially marked the start of the fall for the Tide.
The two-hour practice is one of two this weekend, with Alabama returning to the diamond on Saturday morning. Tomorrow's schedule will begin at 7:30 a.m. CT and includes a brief practice followed by a scrimmage with first pitch set for 9 a.m.
Following the Saturday morning workout, the Crimson Tide will head to The Quad where the entire roster will be signing autographs from 12-12:30 p.m. prior to the Alabama-Ole Miss football game. Fans can meet the squad, pick up a team poster and get autographs at the designated signing area located next to Denny Chimes.
Admission to Alabama baseball's on-field activity is free to the public. Fans are asked to enter Sewell-Thomas Stadium through the main gate (Gate 3) located directly behind home plate. Once inside, attendees are to stay in the lower bowl seating area with access to the upper levels of the stadium strictly prohibited.
