Softball Honored at Sarah Patterson Champions Plaza for 2019 SEC Championship

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The University of Alabama's 2019 Southeastern Conference champion softball team was honored at the Crimson Tide's "Celebration of Champions" ceremony at the Sarah Patterson Champions Plaza Friday afternoon.
The ceremony featured remarks from UA President Dr. Stuart Bell, Director of Athletics Greg Byrne and head coach Patrick Murphy along with the unveiling of the Tide's 2019 title at the plaza.
The team will receive its championship rings in an on-field ceremony between the first and second quarters of the Alabama-Tennessee football game on Saturday, Oct. 19.
