Jennings in Second Overall Through 36 Holes at the NCAA Men’s Golf Championships

CARLSBAD, Calif. – William Jennings continued his solid play representing Alabama at the 2026 NCAA Men's Golf Championships on Saturday with a 2-under par 70 and is in a tie for second overall with a 36-hole total of 8-under par 136 (66-70). He will enter Sunday's third round of stroke play two stroke behind clubhouse leader Filip Jakubcik of Arizona (-10).

Round Two Highlights

Teeing off his round on the 10^th hole, William Jennings was flawless across his opening nine holes, recording eight pars and a birdie
After a bogey-less opening round, Jennings streak without a bogey ended at 27 when a bogeyed his 10^th hole of the day to put him back at even par
He then closed his round with three birdies and a bogey for his 2-under total
Jennings is currently tied for first on par 5 scoring (-5, 4.38), while his 10 total birdies rank tied for 5^th
