Premium Hospitality Ambassador Application Description
Crimson Tide Hospitality Premium Hospitality Ambassadors are crucial to the success of our premium seating operations. They serve as friendly faces to ticket holders and their guests, guaranteeing compliance with operational policies across premium hospitality areas. Ambassadors also help facilitate communication between donors, caterers, maintenance staff, custodial staff, CTH Management, and Athletic Department personnel.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide the highest level of customer service to all guests, fans, and department staff
- Act as a liaison between the Hospitality office and athletics department with guests
- Ensure adherence to all gameday policies and procedures
- Always be monitoring entry points to maintain exclusivity of the premium areas
- Execute all pre, during, and post-game tasks related to your assigned premium area (e.g., trash disposal, facility supervision, catering requirements, ticket scanning, elevator operations, etc.)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all premium guests within your designated area throughout the game
- Other duties as assigned
Availability and Opportunities
- Must be available to work ALL home football games at Saban Field at Bryant-Denny Stadium
- Saturday, September 6, 2025 vs. ULM
- Saturday, September 13, 2025 vs. Wisconsin
- Saturday, October 4, 2025 vs. Vanderbilt
- Saturday, October 18, 2025 vs. Tennessee
- Saturday, November 8, 2025 vs. LSU
- Saturday, November 15, 2025 vs. Oklahoma
- Saturday, November 22, 2025 vs. Eastern Illinois
- Friday, December 19, 2025 or Saturday, December 20, 2025 - potential playoff game
- Ambassadors are expected to work the entire game day, which typically begins 45 minutes before stadium gates open and ends approximately 90 minutes after the final whistle
- Ambassadors are hourly employees. Gameday hours range from 8-10 hours per game, with the opportunity to work Thursdays and Fridays for additional hours
- Along with football, Ambassadors will have the opportunity to work additional Alabama Athletics events (men's basketball, gymnastics, baseball) pending positive supervisor evaluations

- Possession of a friendly demeanor and consistently positive attitude
- Dependable and punctual in all responsibilities
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt, readily filling in where necessary
- Ability and willingness to stand or sit for extended periods as required
