Usher
Job Summary
Our Usher positions are the ultimate hosts of their seating section and utilize the highest level of customer service to direct the safe and orderly flow of guests to and from their seats inside Saban Field at Bryant-Denny Stadium.
We are seeking candidates who are courteous, dependable, trainable, and have a helping mindset! We have fun on post and always strive to continue to build upon our great team culture in our support of Alabama Athletics
Responsibilities
- Greet each guest with a warm smile and friendly greeting (e.g., "Welcome to Saban Field at Bryant-Denny Stadium") as they enter your section, verify ticket location, and assist with any seating issues
- Assist with general facility wayfinding and directions
- Provide excellent customer service and support to all event guests
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be available on gameday Saturdays, typical shifts run 5-6 hours
- Must have a strong customer service focus and ability to interact with others in a warm, friendly, and respectful manner
- Team player and a quick thinker with the ability to identify and resolve issues
- Ability to stand for extended periods (notify us of reasonable accommodations) and must be comfortable working outside in all-weather conditions)
