Two NFL Draft Picks in First Round Extends Football's Streak
The streak of producing at least one first-round NFL Draft pick continued as offensive tackle Kadyn Proctor was selected 12th by the Miami Dolphins and quarterback Ty Simpson went one pick later at No. 13 to the Los Angeles Rams in this year's NFL Draft. We have now had a first rounder in each of the last 18 seasons and 51overall during that stretch.

It's hard to believe that the baseball regular season is coming to a close with just two series left, beginning this weekend when the team travels to take on South Carolina May 8-10. We will return home to close out the regular season, hosting Ole Miss for a three-game series May 14-16. Lots going on at Sewell-Thomas Stadium next weekend as we honor our seniors, welcome back our 1996 and 2006 SEC champion squads and hold our annual Bama Salute.Â
A limited number of tickets are available through the Alabama Ticket Office for all three games, which are scheduled for 6 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 2 p.m. on Sunday.

This week's #RollTideFriday photo was sent to me from Mike and Kathy Mouron, who took this snapshot in Switzerland. What a beautiful spot and I always enjoy the Alabama "Script A" on full display all over the world!Â

Remember if you want to submit a photo, use the hashtag #RollTideFriday in your social posts and tweet your photos to me at @Greg_Byrne.Â
