
Women's Basketball Reveals SEC Slate for 2026-27

The Crimson Tide will host eight conference foes inside Coleman Coliseum
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - The Southeastern Conference unveiled the 2026-27 women's basketball league schedule on Tuesday. Alabama will open its 16-game conference slate on New Year's Eve at South Carolina.
Under first year head coach Pauline Love, the Crimson Tide, who finished 24-11 overall a season ago, will welcome eight SEC foes to Coleman Coliseum, including Georgia (Jan. 3), Florida (Jan. 7), LSU (Jan. 21), Missouri (Feb. 1), Auburn, (Feb. 7), Vanderbilt (Feb. 11), Ole Miss (Feb. 25) and Texas A&M (Feb. 28).
With the league's announcement, the Tide's entire 32-game season schedule is complete except for television designations and tip off times, which will be announced at a later date.

2026-27 SEC Schedule Highlights
- Alabama is set to host eight conference games at home and eight on the road
- The Crimson Tide's lone home-and-home contest this season comes against the Ole Miss Rebels (Jan. 11 | away; Feb. 25 | home)
- Of the league's 16 teams 10 appeared in the 2026 NCAA Tournament, including UA who received its 15th bid to the Big Dance
- The Iron Bowl of women's basketball will return to Coleman Coliseum when Auburn comes to town on Sunday, Feb. 7
- In addition to the Tide's league opener at South Carolina, other road games include Ole Miss (Jan. 11), Texas (Jan. 14), Tennessee (Jan. 24), Kentucky (Jan. 28), Oklahoma (Feb. 4), Arkansas (Feb. 14) and Mississippi State (Feb. 21)
